Thanks to a tremendous outpouring of support from local and state elected officials, as well as community organizations and businesses, thousands of students are able to receive FREE meals every day while schools are closed. The YMCA has taken over meal distribution at all sites previously designated for SCS meals, and the Mid-South Food Bank is making meals available for students at all of its mobile food pantries in the Memphis area. I surely miss being in class with each one of my students! This is a very challenging time, however we will get through this. Here is the link for the downloadable extended break packets created by our district: https://www.scsk12.org/instructionalresources/grades If possible, students should log onto clever.com and spend some time (at least one hour per day, per subject) completing lessons in I-Ready Math and I-Ready Reading. I will be monitoring and saving Jellybean Cash, so when we return you can shop in our store. If you need any additional resources or assistance, please do not hesitate to email me at [email protected]. I miss each of you very much!!!
